Can rent be calculated automatically?
Yes. Rent is worked out from the quantity and the period each lot has been stored, using the rates and rules your cold storage already follows, including part withdrawals.
Can a party see what is left in their lot?
Yes. Their statement shows each lot - what came in, what went out and what remains - and it can be sent to them on WhatsApp.
Do you have ready software for cold storage?
Not as a ready product yet. We build cold storage software to order, around the way your work already runs.
Where is our data kept?
On servers we operate in India. You can export your data at any time; there is no lock-in.
Who looks after the software once it is running?
