Can food and service charges go on the room bill?
Yes. Charges added during the stay go to the guest's room account, and checkout produces a single GST bill.
Do you connect to online booking sites?
Not as a ready feature. If you sell rooms through online travel agencies, tell us which ones and we will say honestly what connecting to them would involve.
Do you have ready software for hotel?
Not as a ready product yet. We build hotel software to order, around the way your work already runs.
Where is our data kept?
On servers we operate in India. You can export your data at any time; there is no lock-in.
Who looks after the software once it is running?
The same team that builds it also hosts it, backs it up and answers when something goes wrong.
